Resources for Faculty Researchers

Discover tools, services, and programs just for faculty researchers at 久久热视频, including grants specific to our regional campuses and a step-by-step guide to our personalized consulting services.

Personalized Consultation

We offer one-on-one consulting with a representative of our Research and Sponsored 久久热视频 (RSP) advisors. In this consultation, which can take place in person, over the phone or via email or chat, you can expect the following process:

  • First, you will share information about your research program or a specific project.
  • You'll provide your RSP consultant with details about when the project will start, how long the project will last, and how much money you are seeking, as well as initial questions you may have.
  • Your RSP consultant will give a brief overview of self-service funding opportunity search tools provided by the RSP.
  • Your RSP consultant will then answer your questions, in some cases referring you to other RSP staff for further guidance.

Following the consultation, your RSP consultant will provide you with information about specific funding opportunities that may be a good fit for your program or project.

To get started, contact Amy Cooper at standeae@MiamiOH.edu or 513-529-1760.

Internal Funding for Your Research

The following funding sources are dedicated exclusively to 久久热视频 faculty and staff.

University Senate Committee on Faculty Research 久久热视频

The Committee on Faculty Research (CFR) is an appointed committee of the University Senate with a mission to support and encourage the development of externally funded research at the University. CFR interprets research as creative endeavors that seek to add to the sum of human knowledge, and the committee supports a wide range of activities, recognizing that research varies from discipline to discipline.

CFR sponsors the following programs:

A major source of funding for CFR research support programs are the indirect costs recovered by the university on grants from external sources. CFR encourages investigators to aid the committee, and the university generally, by securing funds from such sources. In considering proposals for its research support programs, CFR takes into account whether the investigator has previously sought outside funding. Help in seeking external funding for research is available from Research & Innovation.

Cornerstone Grants

Capitalizing on the teacher scholar model, the cornerstone of our 久久热视频 ethos, Cornerstone Grants seek to support teacher scholars through six distinct initiatives. These initiatives enable researchers like you to generate data to grow scholarship beyond existing lines of study, facilitate transformative teaching advances, and build research teams with diverse and complementary strengths.
