Youth participation is an essential aspect in the continuation of community growth and community impact. Research has demonstrated youth can make meaningful contributions to society fostering change in schools, social programs, businesses, and communities.

The Next Leadership Program works with area high school ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵs to develop the next generation of social entrepreneurs and community advocates. Program participants identify issues affecting their community and work to resolve them through entrepreneurship, legislation or community partnerships. Participants engage in workshops, group projects and interactions with community leaders.

Students will gain:
