To Our May 2020 Graduates

We were all deeply saddened to be unable to gather together in person on our campuses in May, 2020 due to the worldwide pandemic, COVID 19; and we were again disappointed that we could not welcome our graduates, families and friends back to campus in September. We know that no virtual ceremony can take the place of the in-person celebration and recognition ceremony, but the Class of 2020 will forever be special and remembered.

As part of the December 2020 virtual commencement ceremony, the names (and honor(s) designations) of ALL graduates of the Class of 2020 will be displayed during the ceremony on December 11, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.

Additionally, a virtual program showing this information will be available to view just prior to that day and beyond.

181st Spring Commencement Program

A printed copy of the 181^st Spring Commencement Program was mailed to all May 2020 graduates - to the address provided for their diploma mailing.

Diploma(s)

Diplomas for May 2020 graduation have been mailed. An email was sent to each ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ's Miami email account to let them know the date their diploma shipped.

Diploma Cover(s)

Graduates typically receive a diploma cover when they attend the in-person ceremony. May and August graduates were invited to request a diploma cover, and we will continue to honor these requests.

Complimentary Transcript

The Office of the University Registrar has mailed the complimentary transcript. As confidentiality and accuracy are essential to this mailing process (the correct transcript must go to the correct ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ, and the mailing process cannot be outsourced), it took more time than anticipated.
