As ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ continues to promote diversity, equity and inclusion across the institution, it will be important to assess our efforts. This assessment project moves beyond the typical approach of gathering ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ input before creating a new initiative to engaging ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵs in an ongoing, continued way.

Trained facilitators gather critical input from undergraduate ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵs from diverse populations in focus group sessions. Findings are analyzed by a faculty member with scholarly expertise in the field and used to promote positive change.

This assessment project will ensure that ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ advances the important goal to produce graduates who address prejudice, bigotry and racism to enact fundamental and lasting positive social change.
